Rally@Texas 2003 Final Results

Rick Loomis again showed two things to the Rally@Texas participants: first that he definately knows where the fish are on this lake and secondly what kind of class he has! Rick stepped down as the Rally Champion as he felt a professional guide shouldn't take the 1st place position.
