Every participant and non-participant must have a signed liability release on file with the committee for the current year's rally before they can participate in any rally activities.
- Download and print one of the liability releases (links below)
- Complete and sign a liability release for each participant and non-participant
- Make your check payable to: Texas Rally Committee, Inc.
- Send the completed liability release(s) and your entry fee payment to the address below
